The house is a remodel of a ancient local farmer house. As was common in these ages the house was made by two main components, the stables and the farmers rooms. The stables were located at the basedment while the rooms, to take advantage of the heat generated by the animals were placed at the first floor.

The remodelling works preserved a part of the original features of the old farmer house. The main walls, 80/90 cm wide, the smal windows of the stables, the squared hand made wooden cooked bricks and tiles are some of the elements preserved. In particular we wanted to maintain the old bricks and tiles, where possible, cause they are specific of the area and region where the lack of stone and the abundance of clay made this material the main component of entire cities.
