In the following years with the growth of the vines and the first production of wine, we realized according to the results of choosing the right grapes and the wine was improving from harvest to harvest.

Later we followed our instincts to make wine directly from the winery the grapes within a maximum of 20 minutes from the collection are crushed and shipped to the fermentation tanks. With this procedure, we have improved the quality very much in coming to the production of high quality wines.

The barrel cellar completes the cycle of aging in French oak barriques and tonneoux assure the proper aging of fine wines we produce.
